NSDP hiring experienced, top quality regional field directors

The Nevada Democratic Party is hiring experienced, top quality regional field directors for the coordinated campaign of nationally targeted races including Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a top gubernatorial pick-up opportunity, and one of the most competitive Congressional races. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Executing the statewide strategy within your region
- Daily management of a team of 10 -15 organizers
- Meeting voter contact and persuasion goals within your region
- Overseeing timely and accurate reporting all by your staff
- Working with senior campaign staff
- Managing constituency outreach activities in your region
- Overseeing candidate and surrogate events within your region
- Managing GOTV within your region
- Training organizers on principles of organizing

1 – 2 years campaign experience, a valid driver’s license and the ability to work long and unusual hours are required.
