2021 Officer Elections

Officer elections for the 2021-2023 term will be held during the state central committee meeting on March 6, 2021. All SCC members in good standing are eligible to vote. Proxy voting is prohibited. 

If you are interested in running for First Vice-Chair, please note:

• The NV Dems bylaws require the First Vice-Chair to be from a different county and congressional district than the Chair. Once the new Chair has been elected, any candidate for First Vice-Chair who does not meet that criteria will be disqualified from further consideration.
• Both the Chair and the First Vice-Chair are members of the DNC. The Association of State Democratic Party Chairs requires the Chair and the First Vice-Chair to be different genders. Per the NV Dems bylaws, should the elected First Vice-Chair be the same gender as the Chair, their seat on the DNC will be given to the next eligible officer.

Filing is now closed. The list of candidates in order of filing follows below. Note: candidates are able to submit three campaign messages to state central committee members but not required to do so. Messages from those candidates who submit them will be listed under their names.
