If you plan to attend in person, you may register online until Noon on Saturday, June 10th.
CAN’T ATTEND: Make sure to send in a proxy so your absence can be excused. If you are unable to attend the meeting, the deadline to submit your proxy is Thursday, June 8 at 1 PM. If you are unable to attend this meeting and do not file a proxy, you are at risk of removal from the State Central Committee should you miss another meeting without filing a proxy, and will be sent a warning notice. Filing a proxy does not obviate the requirement to attend at least two meetings during your term.

If you are a non-member interested in attending, please RSVP and follow the deadline instructions noted below. Guest access will be granted on a space-available basis and once full, no other guests will be seated.
ELECTIONS: Special elections will be held during this meeting to fill the vacant seats on the Executive Board representing Washoe and Clark Counties. Filing for both positions opens on Thursday, May 11, and closes on Friday, May 19. You can view rules for the election here. You can file to run for a vacancy here.
SUBMIT A MOTION: If you wish to submit a motion for consideration of being heard at this meeting, please use this form and follow the deadline instructions noted below. Please submit your motions to Secretary Brock at tbrock@nvdems.com. Your motion must be submitted by June 7 to be considered.
ELECTION BUDDY: We are currently planning for voting on elections to take place via Election Buddy, our easy-to-use, secure online voting platform. If you have pre-registered, you will receive credentials for Election Buddy no later than Friday, June 9. In-person attendees will have the option to vote at a kiosk with a computer rather than on their own device. We will provide resources about using Election Buddy prior to the meeting.
Please see here the proposed amended language for the consideration of the Rules and Bylaws Committee and SCC to reflect changes necessitated by the state’s move from a caucus-based presidential nominating process to a primary election nominating process.
As a reminder, only State Central Committee members may participate in discussion and business before the committee.
