This week, Nevada Democrats released targeted Google search ads that direct impacted-Nevadans looking for answers to relevant resources to help them survive these Lombardo-Trump cuts, including health care plan enrollment assistance and locators to find emergency food distributions.
Trump and Washington Republicans are keeping the government shut down to avoid lowering Nevadans’ health care costs — but Lombardo refuses to stand up to his own party. After eliminating the enhanced premium tax credits that help middle class families afford health insurance, the Trump administration needlessly withheld available contingency funds that the USDA has available to protect Nevadans’ SNAP benefits.
