Last weekend, Nevada State Democratic Party Chair Daniele Monroe-Moreno concluded the second annual tour of all 17 Nevada counties. She was joined along the way by Attorney General Aaron Ford, Congressman Steven Horsford, Assemblymember Natha Anderson, and 1st Vice Chair Daniel Corona. Throughout the tour, NV Dems met with Nevadans in every county to hear about the issues they care most about, build community in every corner of the state, and discuss the future of our state.
“This tour was about bringing voices together and hearing from Nevadans, no matter where in the state they live,” said Nevada State Democratic Party Chair Daniele Monroe-Moreno. “Overwhelmingly, I heard about fears regarding the future of our state – from cuts to health care impacting rural hospitals to sky-high unemployment to rising costs. No matter party affiliation, GOP policies will hurt every Nevada community. By coming together, we are building the coalitions needed to fight back and elect leaders who will focus on the kitchen table issues Nevadans care most about.”
