Failed politician Sam Brown is touting yet another extreme GOP endorsement today – this time from a far-right sherriff tied to an extremist group that peddles dangerous election conspiracy theories.
Sheriff Narvaiza is a supporter of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, an “anti-government extremist group” that urges law enforcement to reject gun safety laws and investigate conspiracy theories about the 2020 election. The group is closely linked to the Oath Keepers, another anti-government extremist group whose founder was recently sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in planning the January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
This comes on the heels of Brown trying to paper over his extreme support for overturning the 2020 election results in Nevada, a key feature of his campaign against Adam Laxalt last cycle.
