Brown touts endorsement from anti-choice extremist Lindsey Graham
The D.C. establishment is continuing to line up behind Mitch McConnell’s handpicked candidate Sam Brown – but Nevada voters aren’t so sure.
While Brown touts his latest endorsement from anti-choice extremist Lindsey Graham, who is actively pushing a nationwide abortion ban in the Senate, Nevada Republicans remain skeptical of Brown’s candidacy – citing his track record of losing GOP primaries and being pushed into the race by McConnell and D.C. Republicans.
According to one Nevada GOP strategist: “People in every state always want to have a say in who their nominee is, and it’s not always well-received when it’s D.C. pushing.”
It’s no wonder his opponent, former Assemblyman Jim Marchant, declared the race to be “MAGA vs. establishment.”
Nevada State Democratic Party Spokesperson Johanna Warshaw
“All the D.C. establishment backing in the world can’t help Sam Brown’s troubles in Nevada, where Republicans are openly trashing his campaign and in-fighting is only growing by the day.”
