After saying he can’t “turn a blind eye” to Trump’s criminal indictments last year, Lombardo’s craven political capitulation to Trump is now on full display despite him still clearly being aware of Trump’s criminality. When asked if he thought Trump would be proven guilty or innocent, “Lombardo pivoted to the election” instead of answering. It’s clear that when given the choice, Lombardo will always do what is best for him politically, regardless of the facts.
