Mitch McConnell’s handpicked candidate Sam Brown was just caught fundraising off of his support for Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville’s anti-choice blockade of hundreds of senior military officers, according to new reporting from Punchbowl News.
Brown asked donors if they “stand with Senator Tommy Tuberville” as he holds up the confirmation of key military promotions in the U.S. Senate over his extreme anti-choice agenda – a move that military leaders have warned is threatening our national security and hurting military families.
Brown’s own anti-choice record and attempts to fundraise off of Tuberville’s blockade stand in direct opposition to Senator Jacky Rosen, who has repeatedlycalled out Tuberville for his reckless and unprecedented hold.
