We are seeking a Creative & Digital Strategist who will lead digital and social media efforts. This role will be responsible for supporting the In-State Digital Team to reach voters in innovative and creative ways. We are seeking folks from a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences, and we are dedicated to building a team that authentically reflects local voters.
This role will be based in Las Vegas and will require in-person work.

Tasks & responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Responsible for supporting the in-state digital team that will develop content strategy, influencer engagement, and volunteer recruitment
- Develop creative assets, including graphics and flyers
- Ideate, produce and direct short-form video for the campaign designed to reach and engage audiences across social channels.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos with adherence to brand guidelines.
- Closely monitor social media trends and potential rapid-response moments
- Innovate new and creative ways to reach as many voters in state as possible with persuasive messaging about President Biden and Democrats up and down the ticket
- Draft and create Nevada-specific content based on campaign message goals
- Study and optimize the intersection of digital and organizing
- Boost DTC collection efforts and highlight stories from everyday Nevadans through our platforms
Preferred background & experience:
- At least 2 year of digital work experience
- Thorough knowledge of online communities and how best to reach them
- Experience creating content for a variety of platforms
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
- Experience writing, editing, and proofing social media content that drives action and maintains a consistent voice
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure and with competing deadlines
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Proficiency in photography and audio/video editing a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish language copywriting and editing a plus
Preferred background & experience: $6,500 per month
