The 2024 Nevada Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking a Digital Associate who will lead digital and social media efforts. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to building the coordinated campaign working to elect President Biden, Vice President Harris, Sen. Jacky Rosen, and Democrats down the ticket.
This role will be based in Las Vegas and will require in-person work.

Role Overview:
Overview: We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated individual to help lead us to victory in 2024 as Nevada’s Digital Associate. This role will be based in Las Vegas and will be responsible for supporting the In-State Digital Team to reach voters in innovative and creative ways. We are seeking folks from a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences, and we are dedicated to building a team that authentically reflects local voters.
Tasks & responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Responsible for supporting the in-state digital team that will develop content strategy, influencer engagement, and volunteer recruitment and coordinate with the Deputy Digital Directors
- Innovate new and creative ways to reach as many voters in state as possible with persuasive messaging about President Biden and Democrats up and down the ticket
- Draft and create Nevada-specific content based on campaign message goals
- Study and optimize the intersection of digital and organizing
Preferred background & experience:
- At least 1 year of digital work experience
- Thorough knowledge of online communities and how best to reach them
- Experience creating content for a variety of platforms
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred background & experience: $5,000 per month
