Coordinated Campaign: Spring Organizing Fellowship

The 2024 Nevada Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking Campaign Organizing Fellows for the spring of 2024. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to building the coordinated campaign working to elect President Biden, Vice President Harris, Sen. Jacky Rosen, and Democrats down the ticket.

These roles will be based in Nevada and will require in person work.

Role Overview

Organizing Fellows will be responsible for recruiting volunteers, registering voters, and leading voter outreach in their assigned regions. Organizing Fellows should be dedicated to electing Democrats and commitment to organizing in their communities. No prior experience required.

Tasks & responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Participate in voter outreach by canvassing, phonebanking, registering voters, tabling, high traffic canvassing, and community organizing
  • Recruit and manage a diverse team of volunteers that will execute the voter contact plan
  • Ensure volunteers are trained and have the skills to be successful in their roles
  • Organize a variety of events in person and virtually
  • Meet stated deadlines and communicate with manager when challenges arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Access to a vehicle, cell phone, and laptop preferred.

This is a part-time position with an hourly wage of $17.58.
